Located on the Rooftop of Seibu Ikebukuro, this store has perhaps the biggest cacti selection you will find in all of Tokyo. Big, tiny, fluffy, pink, modern, fashionable - you name it, Kakusen-en will not disappoint. While you are on the hunt for plants it’s also worth checking out the two adjacent shops, one of which sells a beautiful collection of affordable bonsai.
