bills | Ginza

bills 銀座

With a beautiful view over Tokyo’s most elegant neighborhood, an eye-poppingly gorgeous interior and simply delicious cuisine, bills’ Ginza branch pretty much leaves nothing left to be wished for. Bill’s origins trace back to 1993 Sydney, where Australian native Bill Granger opened his first restaurant of many, soon shooting up in popularity all over the world for his legendary cooking. Now one of Tokyo’s most popular lunch and dinner spots for the design-conscious city dwellers, bills continuously manages to draw the crowds with its gorgeous interior and creative modern cuisine.

When you visit bills, be sure to reserve a table in advance to get one of the super cool booths in the center of the restaurant, and enjoy taking in the beautiful view of Ginza. Oh and also: please, please, please do yourself a favor and indulge in the absolutely outstanding Ricotta Hotcakes which are so good that they will basically spoil your idea of pancakes for forever.
