bills Omotesando

bills 表参道

Bill’s origins trace back to 1993 Sydney, where Australian native Bill Granger opened his first restaurant of many, soon shooting up in popularity all over the world for his legendary cooking. Now one of Tokyo’s most popular lunch and dinner spots for the design-conscious city dwellers, bills continuously manages to draw the crowds with its gorgeous interior and creative modern cuisine. The Omotesando location overlooks one of Tokyo’s best OG rooftop gardens, and is flooded by gorgeous golden hour sun in the late afternoon. While bills is best known for its legendary breakfasts, the evening atmosphere transforms the space into a stylish dinner destination, complete with cocktails and a breathtaking nighttime view stretching toward Shibuya. The Parmesan Crumbed Chicken Schnitzel in particular is one of our favorites.

A word to the wise: reservations are highly recommended. Otherwise, be prepared for a wait—this spot is a true favorite. Oh and did we also mention that this is one of our favorite fluffy pancake places??
